This year’s event will focus on Hamilton County’s workforce life, exploring the impact our transportation and housing options have on employment. Join us for breakfast, and contribute to this important discussion.

The half-day conference will begin with a keynote address from former state lawmaker Steve Braun, who now leads the state Department of Workforce Development. Joining him on the agenda are Anna Gremling, executive director of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Planning Organization; Bruce Cordingley, president and CEO of Carmel-based Pedcor Cos.; and veteran public policy researcher John Marron.

Attendees will be invited to discuss ways to improve the situation for Hamilton County residents, and a post-conference report will provide a summary of their ideas. HAND will distribute the report to registrants, speakers and sponsors, and a copy will also be available on our website.

The 2016 Neighborhoods NOW conference is possible thanks to the generosity of sponsors including Indy MPO and Hamilton County Tourism Inc.
